What are custom soft PVC keychains made of?

The charm body is molded soft PVC rubber - liquid soft PVC is poured into a custom mold, then heat-cured. You also choose a metal ring or other attachment from the accessory options.

Is the design double-sided?

Yes. The front is molded soft PVC (bold shapes and thick strokes reproduce best). The back is optional and printed only - turn on 'Add a printed back?' in the configurator if you want text or a logo on the reverse.

What accessories are included?

Choose from 15 attachment styles (KC001-KC015), including metal split rings and other hardware. Selected styles such as KC001 and KC009 are included free; other styles show their price (if any) in the configurator.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum is 20 pieces per charm type (Standard, Glow-in-the-Dark, or UV Color-Changing). You can mix types in one order as long as each type meets the 20-piece minimum.

What is the difference between Standard, Glow-in-the-Dark, and UV Color-Changing?

All three start from the same soft PVC rubber base and are molded the same way. Standard is plain soft PVC rubber. Glow-in-the-Dark mixes luminous powder into the PVC so the charm glows in the dark. UV Color-Changing mixes UV-reactive powder into the PVC so the color shifts under UV / sunlight. Glow and UV add a per-piece surcharge that decreases as quantity rises - see the live price as you configure.

How long does production take?

After payment and order confirmation, standard production is about 25 calendar days. Faster delivery dates are available at checkout for an additional fee, with options as fast as about 10 days. We also send a free digital proof for approval before production starts.
